Dario is wrong. He knows absolutely nothing about the effects of technological revolutions on the labor market. Don't listen to him, Sam, Yoshua, Geoff, or me on this topic. Listen to economists who have spent their career studying this, like @Ph_Aghion , @erikbryn , @DAcemogluMIT , @amcafee , @davidautor

Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei: “50% of all tech jobs, entry-level lawyers, consultants, and finance professionals will be completely wiped out within 1–5 years.”

You can tell the Claude app devs are only focused on macOS and not Windows, because they just hard code the Mac command symbol for Claude so I see it on Windows That would be so confusing if I didn’t know what it was lmao

@AdsSupport our ads account automatically renewed for this year and charged us 2500$ but the credits have disappeared once we have disabled auto renewal. Please restore the credits so we could run the ads for which we have paid.

@0xArdito Sounds like an instagram for birds: 1B$ evaluation in 2 years. Add AI, and it's 10B$ in 6 months. No brainer.

Let's check your VC skills Imagine this product idea: Bird house with movement sensors inside - when a bird walks in, it snaps a photo and sends it to you. Would you invest in this or not? Go!

@altryne the wildest part is it wasn't even a hack. just someone's Claude Code running on Sonnet auto-committed the source map. the tools we build are literally one bad config away from leaking everything

If you, like me, just woke up, let me catch you up on the Claude Code Leak (I know nothing, all conjecture): > Someone inside Anthropic, got switched to Adaptive reasoning mode > Their Claude Code switched to Sonnet > Committed the .map file of Claude Code > Effectively leaking the ENTIRE CC Source Code > @realsigridjin was tired after running 2 south korean hackathons in SF, saw the leak > Rules in Korea are different, he cloned the repo, went to sleep > Wakes up to 25K stars, and his GF begging him to take it down (she's a copyright lawyer) > Their team decided - how about we have agents rewrite this in Python!? Surely... this is more legal > Rewrite in Py > Board a plane to SK🇰🇷 > One of the guys decides python is slow, is now rewriting ALL OF CLAUDE CODE into Rust. > Anthropic cannot take down, cannot sue > Is this "fair use?" > TL;DR - we're about to have open source Claude Code in Rust

@1st1 Hey! Saw your interview with @mitsuhiko Interesting idea ofc, but for now I am skeptical:) My first concern is that natural languages are to vague. There should be some hardening on top like formal verification of definitions and transitions. Just like in maths e.g.

@gandamu_ml @Math_files Actually, the right answer is 0% because she tells you that another is a boy born on a Tuesday too. Continuing with "imagine that!" in the end. Assumed context doesn't exist anywhere except your head 😂

@Math_files Viral math problems are usually just poorly framed. Here, with conventional English (as opposed to math standard) "one is a boy born on a tuesday" would imply the other child is not a boy born on a tuesday. shoddy wording => debate Independent girl odds are ~48.8% btw (not 50%).
