@jalyced @MJFan33607 @archivekamala @CoryBooker You feel better now? Trump killed 200 little girls, but I’m glad you’re cheering. I know their mothers aren’t. They’re forced to bury their dead children because you didnt like joe Biden. Their blood is on your hands. Never forget that. You support the murder of children so kys

@MJFan33607 @archivekamala @CoryBooker I guess you were out to brunch while Biden/Harris were in office. I was horrified by what I saw daily on my social media streams. You’re the liar.
English

.@CoryBooker: “You may disagree with her [Kamala Harris] on 10% of her views, but you let someone get in office who you disagree with on everything. You let somebody get in office who is locking up our children. You let somebody in office who is taking away our healthcare.”

@thedude11253 @whignewtons Correct. I'm sure they know the basics (i.e. you need a majority of the nine justices), but I doubt >51% of NYT readers know the processes re: granting cert, briefs, or conference. Even fewer are able to actually read and comprehend the dense legal language in the opinions
English

@ayanman22 @whignewtons This demo doesn't have a fair to good understanding of the Supreme Court and is easily duped by an email headline? Really?

English

@thedude11253 @whignewtons Why would it be relative? The OP is talking exclusively about NYT
English

@ayanman22 @whignewtons In comparison to the other group I identified, no, I'm not.
English

@thedude11253 @whignewtons You’re overestimating the average nyt reader lol
English

@whignewtons I suspect the NYT readers have a fair to good understanding of the court. You might have more traction on this with the ragebaiters who post outrage about out of context clips of Justice Jackson or crazy stuff about how Justice Barrett should stay in the kitchen.

@kevinmullin @ZavalaA Why did you endorse him?
Did you look into his background beforehand, even minimally?
I’m having trouble understanding why you endorsed Eric, which should mean he, in your opinion, is a substantially superior candidate.
Now, just like that, he’s trash.
Any explanation?

There’s a real chance Democrats split the vote between their many candidates for California governor, lock themselves out of the top-two election and gift the victory to Republicans. Would be one of the biggest self-owns in party history.
Ashley Zavala@ZavalaA
Just In: Poll funded by California Democratic Party shows two Republicans lead pack of candidates for Governor. Steve Hilton 16% Chad Bianco 14% Then 3 Democrats basically in a dead heat: Eric Swalwell 10% Katie Porter 10% Tom Steyer 10% cadem.org/wp-content/upl…

@ThePoliticalHQ I expected more from you tbh. Sad to see another Kalshi sell out

This is a great way to see live odds and reactions to every vote dump as they happen.
Many times, markets are faster to react than the pundits.

The IL government just fucking sucks

@sentdefender It's worth noting that Congress did not give the Board the power to unilaterally make name changes. So while the Admin may want to tag on Trump, they can't legally do it without Congress. Since Congress hasn't acted on this yet (they might who knows), this name is the same

U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth today announced the launch of GenAI.mil, a new military-focused platform that places the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the hands of all members of the United States Armed Forces, currently featuring Google Cloud's Gemini and eventually also xAI’s Grok, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, and Anthropic’s Claude. “The future of American warfare is here, and it's spelled AI," Hegseth said, “AI tools present boundless opportunities to increase efficiency, and we are thrilled to witness AI's future positive impact across the War Department.”

@sentdefender I love Orban, but he should of course not be authorized to fund the Russian War Machine

@LakersLead Didn’t he hit a game winner against the Mavs his last game of his rookie year? I swear he got a triple double

The real lid on the Biden administration was called on January 31, 2021.
Dave Brown@dave_brown24
Biden bristles when he's asked follow-up questions about Afghanistan, says he wants to celebrate the holiday weekend. "I'm not gonna answer any more questions on Afghanistan. Look, it's Fourth of July"

@TaylorASmith_ @LeahLibresco @carney @besttrousers Yeah I meant that work requirements didn’t work in Georgia, and they won’t work nationally.
