@elizabethann028 @JulieLovesFluff The real part is the child asserting themselves knowing their parents will yield to them. It doesnt just manifest in food intake but many preferred activities. Bad parenting is a tad harsh, unequipped parents better phrasing.
English

@JulieLovesFluff It’s real. I guess some parents label their picky eaters with an ailment they don’t really have, but ARFID is very real. It’s a tough thing. I don’t wish it on anyone.
English

ARFID isn't real, it's just bad parenting. My friends son supposedly has ARFID but ate a freaking Sloppy Joe and asked for seconds at my house because everyone else was happily chowing down and his mom had forgotten his "safe food cooler" at the house and left to get it. Just served him like everyone else and told him no pressure, but this is all we have I'm not making anything extra we can wait on your mom and he ate.

This video came up on my tik tok timeline. Btw the child was not offered one protein, one veggie or one fruit. She was offered icing and McDonald’s multiple times. Icing almost every meal, mind you

Fastbreak Hoops@FastbreakHoops5
This is wild when you really stop to think about it.

I'm so sick & tired of sports crying "RaCiSm"...
After Washington Nationals pitcher Cade Cavalli struck out Wilson Contreras, he yelled, "SIT DOWN, BOY!"
Wilson Contreras charged the mound after & threw his helmet at Cavalli.
THEN Cavalli's trash talk was spun by liberal media as a racial insult because he said "boy" & was forced to apologize🤦♂️
Warriors Jimmy Butler taunted Brooklyn Nets F Danny Wolf yelling "WHITE BOY! WHITE BOY! SHUT THE F*** UP!" No fine. No suspension. Not media outrage.
Sick of the double standard.

@Jon_Finkel 1 mile should be ~8 minutes of your life, suck it up. The point of running isnt to "enjoy" like sports. The reward comes from gutting it out and mastering yourself.
English

this is 100% true
i hate running. even 1 mile straight is so unenjoyable...
but i'll play hoops until my legs turn to jell-o
Coach Raj@TheCoachRaj
The best form of cardio is your favorite sport. Dont force yourself to run if you hate running. If you enjoy the cardio you do, you will do it for longer, more frequently and more consistently.

@mrs_g_rider Why post this? There's no joke, no parenting wisdom, no point. Have you amassed such a following that you think people care about this?
English

@uscfan981 I see 2 corners and 2 safeties...cut one??? We still need a nickel

@Bryan_Ault Stop being entitled, working in football is not a Constitutional right.
English

@Brandon_L_Davis 40s are for running in front of coaches. Official 100m dash you can carry around and brag about.

@Ihartitz I think the organizational value for those UDFAs is NOW vs Price is the next 5 or more years
English

Wonder if there are any clues surrounding the talent level or investment among these guys:
-Jadarian Price: Drafted in Round 1
-George Holani: Former UDFA with 28 touches in 16 career games
-Emanuel Wilson: Former UDFA on a one-year $2M contract with under $600k guaranteed
Hayden Winks@HaydenWinks
ESPN's Brady Henderson on Jadarian Price: "They did not draft Price with the thought that he'd become a high-volume starter right away. He will share time with Holani and Emanuel Wilson as Seattle waits for Zach Charbonnet to return." Great column here: espn.com/nfl/story/_/id…

@Coach_Steve72 Okay okay *less likely* for the people choosing to be dense
English

@CoachNiklos I would prefer if they ran track or played baseball.

@fwmarqix Dude get a grip. My wife went for a scheduled C section and the doctors were discussing what they wanted for lunch during the procedure.

@exceptionism @VigilantFox How their built has nothing to do with talent. Talent as in “control of their body”. Hand-eye coordination, speed, feet coordination. Theres some truth in Gronks point. The top 4 sports in USA are MLB, NFL, NBA and hockey. Soccer is most, if not, everyone countries #1 sport
English

Rob Gronkowski drops his theory on why Team USA always struggles in the World Cup.
His take: the talent was never the problem. It’s where the talent goes.
“I think football, our football in America, kind of ruined our soccer game… because all our best athletes play the game of American football.”
“If those athletes started at a young age, like our wide receivers and DBs, they’re the best athletes in the world… everyone knows in America, you’re going to play football, you’re not going to play soccer.”
“If we didn’t have American football, I believe that Team USA would be a top-three team in the world.”
“That’s why I believe our women’s team is so good, because they get their best athletes to play right from the beginning… but we take away our [best male] soccer athletes, and we make them become American football players.”
According to Gronk, the talent was always here. It just plays on Sundays.

@AdamArchuleta Ideally you get a vice somewhere between sideline/force player and defenders leveraging from inside out.
If you spend 4 quarters solo tackling those backs they are going to have a nuts statline.
English

Contrarian take:
The more I watch tackling, the more I'm starting to question if "track the inside hip" is good advice.
It only works if you're faster than the back.
How many guys can actually stay inside out on Achane, Gibbs or Bijan? Good luck.
Players absolutely know and feel speed on the field. But all they hear is "track the inside hip."
There's a lot more to tackling than a cue you repeat at every level and never question.
Film coming.
