@AmericanAir Oh we’re all set now - moving ONE person (another pilot) into the cockpit is balancing out the plane. If ONE person causes an imbalance, that means AA has much bigger issues to address.

@americanair the level of incompetence is truly astonishing. Getting ready for takeoff when the pilot realizes we “need more fuel for weight and balance”. How did they not know that before leaving the gate? Now we’re back to the gate waiting and waiting for fuel. Unbelievable.

Oh it gets better. They literally just sent out an email saying we’re delayed for weather. Total BS. The pilot told us why we’re delayed. @USDOT @faanews should probably investigate cause they are flat out LYING.

@whirlpoolusa I have tried calling and live chatting multiple times now with customer support and each time I’m told I’m getting transferred “to the right department” and get disconnected. I placed an order and the part arrived completely broken. All I want is a replacement.
