@321bab @DenverPolice For anyone who is moving around Denver, whether walking, using a wheelchair, riding a scooter/bicycle, or driving a car, the most dangerous vehicle they encounter is a car, truck or SUV. We must regulate their size, speed, weight and where they can be invited as guests.

@DenverPolice Good, those fking scooters, electric Lime bikes are a hazard, accident waiting to happen. JUNK all over our streets. Some parked there for weeks, never being moved. Obstrucition of plowing and street sweeping. Get rid of the bastards

@LakewoodPDCO, there was a crash at W 14th Ave. and Garrison St where a driver run over a womxn and 911 was called. I don't see any information on your timeline. Can you provide any updates on this crash, please? TIA

@HankysHamSammy @DenverPolice The driver was going 45mph on a max 35mph coming down from the top of the hill. Sheridan is designed to encourage unsafe speeds & to push people walking, using a wheelchair or trying to access the bus stop to the margins. There isn't even an auto-walk signal here. @ColoradoDOT

@biculturalbrokr That activity is probably related to a call for service at 44th & Quivas, where officers are looking for a suspect. Residents in the search area have been notified to shelter on place.

@hecate40 @vincent0126 @DenverPolice The "bike people" are also "wheelchair-using people" and "scooter riding people" and anyone else who moves outside of a car at any given moment. "Bike people" are mad because @DenverDOTI's policies prioritize the speed & convenience of drivers over everyone's health and safety.
