If this is the mindset embraced by the nationalist community in the north, then ten years from now, there will be loyalist communities, but there will be no Irish communities. Whatever you think of loyalist “culture” and identity, they’ll keep it, while the Catholic communities will be continually diluted with an unending stream of foreigners who’ll have no reason to care for Irish unity, or the Irish language, for any aspects of Irish culture or identity. The entire history of struggle will have been for nothing.
I know that no amount of hectoring from either southern Irish people or from other nationalities will make any difference in changing opinions of the Catholics in the north, that change is going to have to come from within. So you are Catholic and a nationalist in the north, you need to be making every effort to change minds in your community on this. Or your children won’t have a community left to grow up in.

Images of riots after immigrant crimes are cathartic, they provide a sense of propriety, “at least now we’re doing something”. However, and people won’t like me saying this, they almost never produce substantive change while they ruin the lives of often young and fired up young people who get involved.
If you’re in the north and you want to legally protest, do so, and keep your wits about you. But if you really want to make a difference, then instead of getting a criminal record for setting fire to a wheelie bin, remain peaceful and consider what you can do from this point onwards to shift the needle in our favour. Whether that’s getting involved in politics, getting into positions of influence within your community, making and spreading propaganda, winning more people over to the cause, everyone has a way they can contribute. It’s a long road ahead of us, and if we’re going to win, we need to be smart.

- A woman beheaded at an asylum centre
- An Irish men beaten to death in the street by two second generation North African immigrants
- An second-generation African is stabbed to death by a gang of other second-generation Africans
- Racial tension stirred up after a Congolese criminal breaks an Irishman’s hip while stealing and dies while being restrained
The country sure is starting to look like how someone with far right opinions would expect it to.

The pill is an accelerant but the overall cause is the transition from rural peasants to urban/suburban modern lifestyles.
Machinery and more efficient crops have replaced the need for most peasant style farm work with then mass exodus towards urban areas which especially when combined with contraceptives and other factors lessen the want and need for children

No matter what your theory about birth rate collapse is, there’s some data point that disproves it. Japan didn’t have the pill when fertility collapsed. There are highly patriarchal countries where fertility is collapsing. It’s collapsing in countries that are still poor. It’s collapsing in places with more generous social support for families. It’s almost like a psychic alien just decided to phase humans out.
