@BIRKENSTOCKUSA do you have a repair service in Uk/Europe due to puppy damage. Your website says yes, but customerService.gb@birkenstock.com say no. I’ve got 5 shoes for repair and unless you do Kevlar versions will need to move to another make. @Crocs aren’t puppy proof!!

@gigaclear just spoken to your 'loyalty team' as coming to end of contract after 3 years with you. They were able to knock down the renewal from £54 (+170%) to 'only' £34, but this is still 70% increase & new users are £24/mth. So much for loyalty
