Even as we all are fighting to secure justice for Punjab Warehousing Corporation District Manager Dr. Gagandeep S. Randhawa—who committed suicide after being beaten and threatened with elimination by former Transport Minister @Laljitbhullar—another similar case of extreme mental harassment and torture being meted out to Baghapurana SDM Babandeep Singh Walia, has come to light. The SDM is being threatened by Moga DC Sagar Setia and the Baghapurana MLA Amritpal Singh Sukhanand to forcibly elect @AamAadmiParty candidates to the offices of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Baghapurana Block Samiti. We appeal to govt employees not to be afraid and to resist such illegal orders strongly. The @Akali_Dal_ stands with them and will not allow any injustice to take place.

However it appears that Income Tax Tribunal(ITT) and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal(ITAT) did not deliver justice to Col MNS Negi.

It is deeply disheartening to learn about the proposed move to tax the disability pensions of retired Armed Forces disabled personnel. It is indeed a very sad and worrying development.
