For Presd. @KagutaMuseveni his approach was not weakness, but Platonic; secure peace first (the greatest anti-corruption act), rebuild institutions gradually, educate the people, then crush graft where it threatens the whole. I believe that duting this term the strongest arm of state anti corruption institutions will comb every public space and make it clean and corruption free.
