@caesar_pounce I don’t ever wear shoes in my home. It’s disgusting to even think about. I don’t, however, ask people to remove their shoes.
I always automatically take my shoes off entering someone’s home even if they don’t ask.

Ok, well then I will smoke my cigarettes in your home. Nobody wants dirty shoes in their homes. Who knows where they've been. Have some decency. A friend came to my home once and had dirty muddy boots on. I didn't realize until after he was gone. I had to clean it up.
