JUST IN: The projected largest mosque in the United States has opened in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. The Islamic Institute of America mosque opened early to celebrate Eid. When completed, the mosque is expected to be the largest one in the United States. (1/2) Seriously, Resident Evil Requiem is doing the numbers Capcom was hoping that Resident Evil 6 would do back in 2012. I'm sure they're absolutely celebrating, & wouldn't be surprised if Requiem's performances was seen as clearing a milestone for RE internally, to push forward

@DeanGagaKennedy re8 was very obv made because of the re4 remake, capcom are very smart reusing assets..re8 was basically reusing re4 remake's assets and just changing it enough to make it look diff. literally a village castle then factory that looks like the island industrial area in re4.

@CrGBeW @cvxfreak nah the remake will never get a 10/10 compared to the og because of the simple fact they cut and degraded the castle segment of the game too much.. alot of rooms were cut and set pieces which drops the remake to an 8/10 for me compared to an almost 10/10 for the og.

@cvxfreak To be honest it’s a masterpiece of a game in today’s standards but just don’t compare it with the original because that way, it might lose some of its strengths While I slightly prefer the original, I also think the remake is a masterpiece too both 10/10 imo

@Jawmuncher Sony sabotaged themselves this generation when they shifted most of their studios to multi player projects that got cancelled and now are reverting back to single player development means it will be years before we see the single player output again like the PS4 gen.

I feel like Sony doesn’t launch enough 1st Party fare these days for this approach to really work. Not a talk of quality, just as with console, people like the libraries they’ve built, and I think IP holders forget that’s the same reason people stick with specific consoles.

its a blessing that Resident Evil 4 is ported to damn near everything so everyone is aware of how good it is im willing to bet that if the game was stuck on the gamecube like it was intended, many people wouldve been calling it outdated and praising the remake for "fixing" it

@JJunkWarrior to be fair the hd project helped it alot graphically because capcom didnt bother upgrading the graphics in their ps4.. very lazy work. i think capcom needs to buy the hd project for consoles from these amazing fans that made it.
