@cashforthapp @indexnforgetit Dave Ramsey says the same thing. And I’m one of those people. But you’re leaving out of the equation customers. Entitled, unappreciative, pain in the butt customers that you don’t have to deal with flipping. The renovation business should have a big premium for this.

@CoachDanGo Maybe 100. I would argue the time it takes to be able to afford an expensive car is far greater than getting to 50 pushups.

Being able to do 50+ push-ups in a row is a bigger status symbol than driving an expensive car.

@pepemoonboy Yeah seems like it's gotta be your whole career, or nothing. Side gig real estate makes no sense to me.

I own multiple rental properties. Between tenant turnover, repairs, evictions, increased property taxes, and rising insurance my stock portfolio outperformed all 3 combined. By a mile... Rental properties are not worth the headache. Don't be fooled by the furu's telling you it's amazing passive income.

Advice for young people: Stop wasting time and energy stressing out about never finding a partner. Basically everyone who wants to be married eventually gets married.

Would you every buy a vacation home and rent it out when you aren't using it? If so - where would you buy?

I don't think Gen Z is lazy. Gen Z doesn't want to work if they can't make more money. Gen Z is also the very first generation to realize that they could make millions... alone.
