(And there are more of them). No one deserves handouts, even if it's not fair you didn't get as much. Do you get what I'm saying?

@cesper3000 @wil_da_beast630 While personal responsibility/choices matter, I also think there are also historical factors that contribute to blacks being more susceptible to resorting to crime than other groups. There isn’t a single solution to lowering but you can start with investment

So then, I don't think it strange to ask why or want to lower it. But, blacks are very defensive about it.
