@tapairportugal my flight was cancelled and you rebooked me for an entirely different day which I cannot do, but when I try to request a refund I get an error request. Please help, this is unacceptable

@tapairportugal is your website down? Trying to book on both desktop and the app and it has been frozen for 30 mins.

@tapairportugal I had flights up, I think at 8am on 10th and returning the latest evening flight on the 12th, with one hold luggage which came to about £300. But when I went to book and pay the page just froze and now it keeps taking me back to the start page and not showing me the flights

@British_Airways why is it so impossible for you to get your act together? The app is a joke. Consistently the worst and least functional tech of any company out there.

@British_Airways is your app down? It is refusing to open on my phone.

@British_Airways I tried to call, repeatedly, and couldn’t get through, and FYI my partner and friend also had problems with the app so it’s not just me….I finally made it work on the website but the whole thing took hours and I’ve had consistently bad experiences with BA tech.
