A retired Lt Col. Aviator speaking to me like that. Unity over division? Your profile is laughable. Love our children more than we hate each other? Right, Mike? Do you want your children enslaved by an Islamic regime? What's even worse is you're married speaking to another married woman about sucking Trumps c*ck. Your wife should be ashamed. Seek some therapy for your TDS.

Omg I just realized Publix is closed tomorrow. I have nothing for Easter dinner. I never do things last minute, but this time I did. Now I have last-minute shopping to do. Yikes. This is what happens when you're distracted. I hope they still have prime rib. Talk to y'all later.

@Gentleman_Ways I have a 3 step formula for success: 1) Show up 2) Be of a sober mind 3) try to do the right thing. It has served me well for many years.

If you want to be successful in life, do these four things: - Show up on time - Have a good attitude - Respect authority - Do what you say you’re going to do Which one matters most to you?

@rbarbosa91 @SeanLangenfeld “Pyramidal” programs were the rule 50 years ago. The “unfortunate” residents who were cut from General Surgery training became Orthopedic Surgeons and Urologists, specialties which came to be more remuniterave with better lifestyles. Go figure.

In 2007 interview, Thomas Starzl, who performed the first liver transplant, described being ‘clipped from the Hopkins pyramid’. In other words, he was told that he would not become one of the chief residents. He finished his residency at Miami, and the rest is history. 🧐

@cchildersmd @AmCollSurgeons One of the problems is that time is taken into consideration. So if you are a slow surgeon you are more likely to be rewarded with a 22 modifier.

In 2024 we showed that Modifier 22 doesn't actually pay more for complex cases owing to higher denial rates. The @AmCollSurgeons GSCRC committee has been working on this issue ever since... see our summary of what we have tried to do and what's next: jamanetwork.com/journals/jamas…

@AnnalsofSurgery And Illinois has limited access to surgical care for pediatric patients (under 14) to ambulatory cases only unless there is a pediatrician on call. Not only limits access but is disrespectful of the Family Practice physicians.

For selected pediatric patients, rural critical access hospitals may represent an opportunity to expand access to timely surgical care closer to home, particularly for older, medically uncomplicated children. journals.lww.com/annalsofsurger…

10-year follow-up data from the APPAC trial suggests that patients with uncomplicated acute appendicitis (without necrosis or perforation) can be managed with antibiotics alone, with the majority avoiding surgery in the longterm. jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/…

love the look of single-needle sewn workwear. this 1940s french work jacket was sewn using a single-needle machine, even in areas with two rows of stitching, giving it a "human touch." kapital and stevenson have done similar things. coat from sinot in tokyo; jeans at self edge

Can you help me identify what this rash is? Looks like chicken pox but it is not. My brother had this rash start on his leg/ankle and now it has turned into this. Does anyone have an idea of what it might be? Thanks in advance.
