@iPullRank Yep, saw the post/study from PF and remember Alex H. from AirOps calling it a “shiny object”. I *still* would toggle it on since it takes 2-seconds.
Wouldn’t you?

Cloudflare’s new “Markdown for Agents” is getting hyped, but adoption looks, as expected.
From my scans (tool: scan.withfrequency.com):
Top ~500 eCom: <10% enabled
Scanned .Gov sites: 0
CF own site: Not enabled (homepage)
100 VC-backed eCom brands ($100M raised): 60%+ enabled

Doing an AI for business/marketing livestream tomorrow.
Everyone is talking about Claude Code, Moltbot (formerly Clawd), Remotion, Kimi, etc., but I don't hear people tying this stuff to BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
Let's change that.
What we're covering:
- Claude Code for building internal business/marketing tools without engineers
- Manus-style agents replacing entire categories of manual work aka how I did $45k of SEO work in 20 minutes
- Remotion for scaling content without scaling headcount
- Where AI creates real leverage vs. where it's overhyped
- What roles break and what skills matter next
This isn't a beginner overview or prompt tutorial.
It's what's actually working right now.
Live + interactive. Link here: riverside.com/webinar/regist…
Come hang tomorrow 1/28 at 9am PT. Leave a comment to spread the word.

@iPullRank Just pull up our pants and do the rockaway, now link back, link back

Inspired by @iPullRank and extracting search_model_queries for analysis - I made this Chrome overlay extension to see the backend info easier (note: not hard to do, prob been done).
I'm personally most interested in the 'unused citations'.
Ideas? Anyone want to collab?

@coreyeulas All business is hard. But the story here is that there are big outcomes in agency land.
English

$40M in 13 years: An agency story.
You start an agency and get it to $10M & 2M in 8 years.
Let's say you ended up paying yourself $600K on avg for those years. $4.8M.
You sell/merge with another agency doing $10 and 2. 9x EBITDA is common for a well run, hot market IT services biz.
You take a 50/50 deal. $9M cash and $9M in stock in your new $20M and $4M agency.
So now you've made $13.8M in cash in 8 years.
And your new salary is close to $500K.
You grow the new agency to $50M both organically and inorganically in 5 years.
At $50M and $10M EBITDA, you can sell that business for $120M. And it's possible you'll own 20%.
$24M in cash. Plus $13.8M Plus your $500K salary for 5 years. That's $40M in cash in 13 years.
This story isn't all that crazy. In fact it's based on one of the leading Shopify design and dev shops.
Feels pretty good when you stack up against brands.
@TaylorHoliday is right about agency being a great business.
English

@x_armand So, I’m merely saying that I don’t think this your statement is true. All business is hard. Agency is brutal. It’s important to level set.
The stories are wonderful, and I lived it, but by you saying it’s not crazy, is wrong (imo).
It is every bit as crazy or more.

@JHTScherck I'm consistently showing cGPT using Bing (and it openly sources Bing when asking for sources). You can see it even talks about it's 'web' tool for information retrieval (and if you dig deeper via prompts) -- it's all Bing powered.
English

Dear Lazyweb,
I’m looking for an AI tool where I can paste a block of messy data, have it cleaned and structured and then entered into rows in a Google spreadsheet automatically. Will be a running sheet with new data daily.
Have tried ChatGPT + Zapier + Terminal but it’s clunky and inconsistent. Any reccos?

@iPullRank @dohertyjf When you did the Mario themed deck, or comic book slides @ Mozcon… ::chefskiss::
English

I think my last minute slide thing started when @dohertyjf was driving my car while I finished a deck on the way to Philly to speak at SEO Grail.
I think I'm off that for next year tho. I want my decks to be pretty again.
English

@nick_eubanks Reminds me of Ayima Pulse, which was a sneaky good tool.
English

I’ve seen the demo first hand.
This tool is *impressive* — to categorize it as an SEO tool is an understatement (IMHO) , this is, in fact, a business intelligence tool. I see just as many investors and analysts as customers as I do SEOs.

I'm building a new SEO tool that tracks winners and losers across millions of keywords.... Here's who's winning/losing over the last 7 days in the mega lucrative pet insurance niche (USNews is down worse than Forbes Advisor here...)

@_chrismarin Can’t lay tip on table sure, but most would lay it on the rail one handed instead of poking. Level stroke.. when I play one handed I’d do that.
English

@coreyeulas Haha I found out a few years ago that official pool rules don’t permit resting the cue on the table (even for us one-handers)
English

@_chrismarin Also where is this? A room full of diamond bar boxes properly spaced, looks well kept - I’m impressed.
