They've had 2 weeks without the ATM on - they'll continue to ramp up the interest rate to generate as much interest and volume as possible so that the ATM never turns off. Until they get the sheer depth of capital from the institutional investors that don't flip out of it every 2 weeks, it will continue to drop off after the ex-dividend date.

Calm before the storm. Very fitting that Saylor's post this weekend is highlighting the strength & calmness of $STRC in such a volatile marco environment.
It's unlikely he's purchased any Bitcoin this last week but I see that as positive.
It's now 2 weeks until the ex dividend date. I expect a rate increase by .25bps to 11.75% & an avalanche of demand for STRC.
It's going to be a big 2 weeks for $STRC & $MSTR. 🧡

But that's the point. It doesn't create tax liability since you're getting in & out around the $100 mark. More paperwork for tax filing, yes, but easy to automate.
I don't see how this is not a potential bug in the way $STRC works and MSTR will need to figure some workaround along the lines I suggested.
They could discourage it by saying we'll let the price float up for a bit if we see massive demand spikes.
Anyway.... I'm bullish on Saylor's ability to figure this stuff out.

At any time Saylor could choose to raise Strategy's Amplification to 50%.
Let $STRC do the leg work and raise a billion every week. Use the common stock ATM sparingly.

Somebody should create a car simulator that's like a flight simulator. 100% realistic vehicles and physics. Every road in the world rendered realistically, like in Google Maps. It'd be a huge hit. People would spend their weekends driving coast-to-coast in the US and stuff.

The average taxpaying citizen does not receive anything close to the value in services that they pay in taxes. The common examples - roads, cops, schools, etc - are a tiny fraction of your tax burden. No one my age thinks they’ll get social security. Most of it is just stolen.

The only reason I have not converted my entire emergency savings to $STRC is that it is untested in a market crash/liquidity crunch (think March 2020).
I’m a big fan, but it hasn’t yet proven it will hold near the $100 target when I may need it most.

The UK has long supported a transition of power in Venezuela. We regarded Maduro as an illegitimate President and we shed no tears about the end of his regime.
I reiterated my support for international law this morning. The UK government will discuss the evolving situation with US counterparts in the days ahead as we seek a safe and peaceful transition to a legitimate government that reflects the will of the Venezuelan people.
