@odysseas_eth When we were figuring out papr we setup a weekly protocol call to talk through challenges and questions, and then I would try to get good people to join the call. Good ppl = smart, domain knowledge, but occupied in other work and not likely to be competitive at all.

Market seems to support new L1 and L2 at around $1-2bn market cap and $10-15bn FDV [Aptos, Optimism, Arbitrum] Will be very interesting to see if there's demand at these prices upon vesting cliffs - Aptos is in mid-April 2023, Optimism is in late May 2023. Arbitrum in May 2024
