@TUIUK I've been waiting weeks for a response to a complaint after landing at Gatwick rather than Stansted and having to get a taxi home(£100) I have now also been charged twice for excursions on holiday and am over £600 down overall When am I going to be reimbursed?

@TUIUK This is the WORST customer service I have ever received. £600 minimum down and the only response is 'we are busy' It's been almost 3 months since the holiday! Sort it out

@AXS_UK I have just tested positive for COVID and have 2 tickets for the 2 Cellos tomorrow night. Is there anyway I can get a refund? I've tried your web chat but it puts me to 99th in the queue, refreshes and forgets my message when I go off the page
