So, this is some real talk regarding #MSKIR in the real world. @TheStrykerIVS makes a great product, #SpineJack, that shows up in a lot of cool posts on this and other platforms. This example was just posted by @neuroradiology - a great example of the genre.

Long segment fusion with subsequent loosening of the iliac screws and subsequent fracturing of the sacrum and ilium treated with sacroplasty and lateral screws. Challenging visualization but a nice result technically with the pt doing great. @ASPN_PainNeuro @SIRspecialists

“Duty sex” for women is the equivalent of expecting a man to have sex without an erection. Having sex when you’re not sexually aroused is gross and unpleasant. Women are not fleshlights. The problem is not a wife not agreeing to duty sex. The problem is a husband who can’t or won’t sexually arouse his wife.

This woman has built her entire career on medicalized child abuse, mutilating and sterilizing mentally ill children. When her livelihood depends on being allowed to do so unimpeded, there is a real conflict of interest when she actively suppresses data showing it is harmful.

“This study doesn’t support my preferred outcome, therefore I won’t release it.“ Refusing to release it because she doesn’t want it “Weaponized“ is rich - she is the one weaponizing the study. #PubertyBlockers are #ChildAbuse - and the fox is guarding the henhouse.

What has been the experience of everyone who has been recruited by #RadPartners? The hospital is planning to switch over, and making lots of noise about them absorbing our group. They have promised the world to the hospital, and want RadPartners to assimilate us. Is that real?

@darthglader Yes, I did a greater, lesser and third occipital nerve block, followed later by radiofrequency ablation of these nerves before the C2RFA

Pt presented with refractory occipital neuralgia and cervicogenic headaches. After failure of injections he underwent a radiofrequency ablation of the C2 DRG with complete relief of pain. These can also be done with CT guidance if there is vasculature along the needle pathway

Textbook placement of the leads and tension loop. Good capture of the multifidus on testing during the placement! 💪🏼👍🏼
