@it_a_me_knowlzy The issue has never really been an environmental one, I don't know why it's being framed that way. The issue is cairns are often used as trail markers, so randomly decided to add your own in a random spot might lead to confusion and people getting lost.

What is the actual ecological damage of ppl stacking rocks?
I always thought of it as a few moments someone wasn’t on their phone but in nature doing something. Figuring out a puzzle of going higher when they can’t just ask grok how to do it.

I recently went on a third date, and things were going well when I asked somewhat jokingly, "So, you're single, but are there any women who currently think they're in a relationship with you?" To which he replied sort of sheepishly that he's been "hanging out with someone here and there" but that it's "nothing serious." This was a 38 year old man. I thanked him for his candor. At the end of the night I declined when he asked for another date. You can decide not to participate in things that are beneath you.
