@desmaefa @newslivesa Therein lies the problem. Any fool and his dog are handed God mentality status.

“When you hear the term Abahambe, I was the one that popularized that term. I was standing with my people fighting against illegal immigration” Minister of Sports Arts and Culture Gayton McKenzie
“President Cyril Ramaphosa did not start the problem of illegal immigration, he found illegal immigration, it has been with us but for me this president is the first one that has listened to our cry” @GaytonMcK

@Mab0710 @ramalokot There is no official or reliable statistical number available however every black person over the age of 16 was forced to carry a reference book (the dompass). Majority of foreign nationals were tightly controlled under the migrant labor system. In short, no one was illegal.
English

@desmaefa @ramalokot Yes but how do you know for a fact that, illegal foreigners were not in Soweto?
English

There were no illegal immigrants in 1976 in SOWETO.
LADY M³💜@MapulaMokgosang
The youth of 1976 was not fighting fellow Africans but an apartheid oppressive system. The subjects are today rejoicing because you are fighting each other instead of them and their stolen wealth. Do with this information what you may 👍🏾

@4gotchazn @newslivesa Firstly Z84 form does not exist. And secondly politicians in parliament do not apply to be ministers. There is no job application process, no vacancy board, and no HR department handling interviews for ministerial positions.
English

@newslivesa When ordinary citizens look for employment in government, they have to complete a Z84 application. One of the prerequisites is to NOT have criminal record. If you do, your application and CV is OUT. How do these politicians get jobs in government and some even as ministers???????
English

@ramalokot Which history are you following 🤔
When did Herman Mashaba's dad arrive in SA ?
What was the drive at the time?

Police have intensified their crackdown on illegal immigration, arresting more than 2,500 undocumented foreign nationals in a week-long nationwide operation.

@SABCNews Please, we are watching the World Cup. Give us a break from these gloomy scenes from South Africa that keep popping up on our feed: foreigner this, illegal that, arrested this, aahbah. We are tired! We want to experience the joy of football fever.
English

@FriNaKyei @weloveghana042 You are correct. They must gather together & collect their illegal immigrants back into their home countries.
English

@weloveghana042 @weloveghana042 all African leaders should speak up and take actions against these xenophobic attacks.

Hi @grok How much did Jacob Zuma steal during his tenure as President of South Africa? Or perhaps lost to corruption during his presidency.

English

@Thato_Sompisi @grok @MnguniSakhy @ZizinjaAbelungu @destinyzee You tried Bafo 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Paraphrasing, twist and turning but Grok kept on saying Nca!!!!
English

@ZulukayaZ @eNCA He doesn't have powers to stop the parliament to do its work. He can go kick and scream in courts we dont care, parliament must work.
English

@desmaefa @nhanha_nd @go2uj Then by all means go back to school and earn a doctorate. And then you will be able to remove one of the foreigners from his/her job, to hell with their contract with whatever university the foreigner you intend to replace is at. Good luck with that.

FOREIGN NATIONALS IN SOUTH AFRICAN UNIVERSITIES: NEW DATA REVEALS OVER 7,000 ACADEMICS EMPLOYED
A recent set of records shared with the Portfolio Committee on Higher Education has revealed detailed figures on the employment of foreign nationals within South Africa’s public universities.
According to the documentation, by 2025 more than 7,000 foreign academics were employed across the country’s public higher education institutions. The data shows that Zimbabwean nationals make up the largest share at 27%, followed by Nigerian academics at 14%.
The University of Johannesburg reportedly recorded the highest number of foreign-employed academics, with over 1,400 individuals listed in the records.
The information is currently being reviewed and a more detailed breakdown is expected to be released in an upcoming report.
The disclosure has been attributed to authorisation from Chairperson Hon. Letsie, MP, through the Secretary of the Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, enabling access to the documents for public scrutiny and reporting purposes.
Further analysis is expected to shed more light on the distribution and roles of foreign academics across South Africa’s public university system.

@desmaefa @nhanha_nd @go2uj Most of these lecturers are in STEM areas and are professors and Drs not masters holders. Perhaps you need to go back to school and be taught by the very foreigners who are taking your job. Ironic isnt it?
English

@desmaefa @t_makapa @nhanha_nd @go2uj You tell someone you have a degree, a degree in what?
You answer with NQF levels????
Again you have degrees in what?
English

@desmaefa @nhanha_nd @go2uj No wonder you not getting employed. Degree in what? In NQF7 & 8.
Next candidate.
