@PMashatile As a Christian you just stood by while your body guards beat up innocent people for fun...YOU JUST STOOD BY.
You will be cursed you rotten scoundrel and liar
English

I stand before you today deeply conscious of my roots in the church. I grew up in a Christian household where faith was a way of life. My father was a Bishop, and as children we were all expected to serve.
I myself served as a church secretary and a Sunday school teacher. In fact, all of us were given names inspired by the great leaders of the Bible, hence my name, Paulus.
These foundations shaped my values, my understanding of service, and my respect for the role of the church in society.

@NiekerkSteve @proletarat52439 @sanelenkosiii No wonder that, when we swear them on social media, they just turn a bling eye, cos they know what they worth moneywise
English

An SIU investigation places tycoon Robert Gumede at the centre of a dodgy R514 Million SAPS PPE tender, awarded to his nephew’s company - Red Roses Africa - in 2020 at the start of SA’s Covid ordeal.Robert Gumede’s sons & daughter have since been showing off their luxurious lifestyle on social media.

English

@proletarat52439 @sanelenkosiii And let an ordinary person owe SARS money, they will come for you and charge you interest like no one Business
English

@sanelenkosiii SARS also has to be held accountable for such things
We are told SARS and banks are on the same Whatsapp group.
So how come people can get away literally with murder in this country.
SARS looks aside for certain people.

@miitmii @my_azania Who the fuck are the white foreigners.....stop talking crap. Whites have been here since the 1600s...we are now in 2026....stop with this white shit...
English

Patriots? So you people just set up groups not backed legally and go around harassing working people because they are foreigners???
You still have a country inside your country filled with white foreigners, who do not allow your black South Africans to come there, yet no power flex.
You all are cowards and nothing you do can help your country because after these fellow Africans leave, you’ll still eat your own people.
English

Queen Victoria and the Patriots are taking illegal foreigner's stock by FORCE this season. A radical approach is what we need to resolve the immigration crisis. We are not going to play nice with the enemy, makunyiwe. #WeWantOurCountryBack 🇿🇦

@Prof_Maldini @Thuso1Africa I was making a comparison as to how far we have NOT progressed in terms of service provision using "bucket toilets" as an example, yet we worry about what some cult thinking group of people provided or didn't provide, all the while our people are neglected by the ones we trust.
English

@4gotchazn @Thuso1Africa Kobus we talking Electricity supply Boetie...
English

Apartheid government provided 24 hours electricity to only 5 million white people in a country of 60 million people. The current government provides electricity to all 60 million people. The current government is doing a better job compared to the apartheid government. Tsek
Jason Bartlett@Jason2bartlett
I’m so old I remember when South Africa had electricity 24 hours a day!
English

@Martin_Mpho1 @Thuso1Africa I wont even give you a response, you migrant worker's lost son
English

@4gotchazn @Thuso1Africa So we move from electricity to bucket toilets? How many bucket toilet existed before 94 vs now ? I think you are the most illiterate, infact stupid.
English

@PhumlaniMMajozi A million years from now, probably when all humans have died, South Africa will be still blaming apartheid.
English

Roughly 30% to 40% of Black South African children lived in households without their biological fathers present in the 1970s. This is during apartheid. Today, about 70% of Black South African children are growing up without their fathers.

Five years ago, I left Nigeria with two suitcases and a lot of uncertainty.
Today… I’m packing again.
But this time, I’m going back home ❤️
Not because things didn’t work out
but because it’s time to build something of my own.
I’ve missed home.
The food. The people. The peace. The warmth.
So I’m going back to start a fresh chapter…
something close to my heart.
Fresh Nigerian meals.
A space that feels like home.
A place where no one feels alone.
It’s been on my mind for a while… and I think I’m finally ready.
Nigeria, I’m coming home 🇳🇬

@MmusiMaimane INVEST in SARS. They take our money every month...how should we invest.
English

Guys, apartheid really did a number on the older generation.
A month ago, I saw this beautiful garden and wanted to hire the person taking care of it. I hired this old gentleman I guess he’s in his late 50s, if not 60s.
He’s a nice guy, gets the work done, and makes my garden look beautiful too. But here’s the problem: he is suffering from what I can only describe as post-apartheid syndrome.
Every day he calls me “baas,” even though I’ve repeatedly told him to call me Ivyn. Whenever we go to the garden refuse, he automatically jumps onto the back of my bakkie to sit with the garden waste and I have to insist that he sits in the front with me. Not only that, but when I give him food, he used to sit on the floor until I started telling him to sit on the camping chair.
He’s so used to working under apartheid-era white South Africans that his mind still seems programmed for that dynamic. Even with payment, he charged me below the minimum wage. Only my wife and I insisted that we would pay him above minimum wage because we believe in living wages.
It’s just so sad to see this still happening in 2026.
English

@CyrilRamaphosa I'm so over South Africa, I have lost all faith for something I stood proudly for, fought proudly for, even supported proudly. Today, we are been called names because we speak our minds. Perhaps like nature does, we should let it burn to the ground and hope the regrowth.........

We are a young nation, just 32 years old.
The Dawn of democracy in 1994 secured our freedom, but it also unleashed our potential. It set us on an irreversible path towards progress and shared prosperity.

Your "we are a young nation, just 32 years old" version is hogwash!!
Germany, Japan, Russia—all started from proper apocalypse: cities levelled, economies cut in half or more, people eating grass in some cases.
Yet they all clawed back to strong or even top-tier status way faster than SA's done jack shit with a much easier hand.
Germany: Total rubble '45–'48.
5–10 years to Europe's engine.
Japan: Bombed to bits '45, economy halved. Pre-war living standards mid-'50s (~10 years), then 10% yearly miracle growth,
#2 economy late '60s timeline 10–20 years
Russia: GDP halved '91–'98 collapse. Oil prices + some fixes 1999–2008, per capita beat Soviet levels by mid-2000s.
8–10 years rebound.
Common 🧵
Leaders who actually gave a damn about results over personal enrichment.
They fixed basics fast, educated people, pushed exports hard, welcomed investment, ran on merit not connections.
SA in '94? No bombs, no war wipeout, mines pumping, banks solid, ports working, sanctions lifted—starting position miles ahead of any of them.
1994–2008: 3–4% growth, per capita up decently on commodity prices.
Then? Nothing.
Real per capita GDP flatlined or dropped since ~2011–2013 peaks (IMF/World Bank numbers still show it stagnant/declining into 2025).
Growth ~0.8% average last decade+, unemployment glued at 32–33%.
Reason's simple and ugly: The people in charge picked stealing and staying in power over actually growing the place. Eskom turned into a looting machine from ~2008—15+ years of blackouts torching factories and growth (2%+ GDP lost yearly).
Transnet and other SOEs gutted for tenders.
BEE became a fast-track for the connected few, not broad progress. Crime everywhere, skilled people fleeing, constant talk of grabbing land/companies scaring everyone off.
No big commodity windfall used smartly, no export push, no education overhaul, no "get it done" attitude.
Those other countries bled for it and delivered. SA's leadership bled the economy dry instead. That's why after 32 years there's no miracle—just excuses, decline, and the same tired stories.

@CitizenScoopX @Senzo_Mchunu_ @MYANC I blame the white people....they gave the country away to the black people
English

Good afternoon X!! 😎☕️🫡
🔥 @Senzo_Mchunu_ - suspended Police Minister over serious corruption allegations - is now BACK doing @MYANC work like nothing happened!!
No charges!!
No accountability!!
No consequences!!
Just… back to business!!
Meanwhile, he is:...
• Accused of interfering in police investigations
• Linked to alleged criminal syndicates
• Implicated in dismantling a task team probing political killings
And yet… here HE is... still in @ParliamentofRSA.
Still earning a taxpayer-funded salary!!
Still protected by Cyril Ramaphosa!!
This is the ANC's version of "accountability."
Step aside?... Only if it's convenient.
So here's a reminder and a COMPREHENSIVE SUMMARY OF ALLEGATIONS tied to Mchunu, based on parliamentary hearings, the Madlanga Commission, and reporting:
1. Interference in Police Operations
• Accused of political interference in (@SAPoliceService) investigations (@IOL, @AJEnglish) - iol.co.za/capetimes/news…
aljazeera.com/news/2025/7/13…
• Allegedly influenced or interfered in sensitive cases involving organised crime
• Central issue being probed by Parliament and the judicial commission
2. Disbandment of Political Killings Task Team (PKTT)
• Allegedly ordered the disbandment of the Political Killings Task Team without proper consultation (IOL)
• Claims this move protected politically connected individuals under investigation
• This is one of the most serious accusations raised by Lt-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi
3. Links to Alleged Criminal Syndicates
• Allegedly linked to businessman Vusumusi "Cat" Matlala (IOL)
• Testimony suggests connections between political figures and tender-linked networks / cartel activity (@Wikipedia)
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Five_…
• Claims that political protection may have been exchanged for financial or political support
4. Allegations of Evidence Tampering / Suppression
• Testimony suggested concerns around destruction or suppression of evidence in investigations (@dailymaverick)
dailymaverick.co.za/article/2025-1…
• Raises questions about obstruction of justice
5. Influence via Close Associates
• His chief of staff, Cedrick Nkabinde, has also been implicated in police interference allegations (@ewnupdates)
ewn.co.za/2025/11/13/ced…
• Allegations include undue influence within SAPS and @RSA_IPID structures
6. Ongoing Investigations (No Clearance)
Appeared before:
• Parliamentary Ad Hoc Committee
• Madlanga Commission of Inquiry (The Star)
thestar.co.za/saturday-star/…
These processes are still ongoing, with no final findings yet
7. Suspended... But Not Charged
• Placed on special leave (July 2025) due to seriousness of allegations (Wikipedia)
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senzo_Mch…
• Not criminally charged... therefore ANC step-aside rule not triggered (IOL)
• This loophole allows him to:
- Stay in Parliament
- Keep earning a salary
- Resume ANC duties
So... THE BIGGER ISSUE and the real controversy isn't just the allegations, it's this:
🔴 In SA politics, you don't step aside for serious allegations, only for criminal charges...
🔴 which means accountability is delayed… often indefinitely... all at the expense of the tax-payer!!
Are we angry enough yet?

English

@Markosonke1 She is no longer a doctor, she a criminal...by virtue of that she has been stripped of her title as a professional
English

@Markosonke1 When an election is had and there are no ruling party elected, there should be no coalition and another thing, why do we need political parties to rule a country, just because it has been done like this for hundred of years doesn't mean it the only system we can come up with.
English

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
SENZO IS BACK, NKABANE IS BACK🚨📍
This is ANC for you 😭 they don’t fire, they rotate… "go home for now, cool off, we’ll reappoint you in another position SHORTLY" 🤧 it’s not accountability, it’s musical chairs with titles
Senzo Mchunu reinstated like nothing happened… meanwhile others also quietly reappear in new roles 😭
Today you’re suspended, tomorrow you’re back in NEC, next week Deputy Chief Whip… same people, different offices 🤧
The real policy is: comrades must eat 🍽️ before the final burial of the party 💔⚰️ because jobs are not ending, they’re just relocating 😭
