@z4khersi love this. been doing the same thing for months now. one human plus AI agents is the most underrated business model of 2026. the ppl who figure out the human-AI workflow early are gonna have a massive compounding advantage. gl with the 30 days

@syzyg_com solopreneur billionaire is a stretch but solopreneur doing 7 figures with agents is already happening rn. i run my entire marketing stack with AI agents. no employees no freelancers. the leverage is insane if u actually build the systems

We are about to see the rise of the Solopreneur Billionaire. In the past, to build a billion-dollar company, you needed 1,000 employees. In 2026-2027, you can build that same value with 5 humans and 5,000 specialized AI agents.

@achille610 AAO is interesting but ppl are skipping steps. most sites arent even properly structured for GEO yet and theyre already talking about agent optimization. like bro ur schema markup is broken and ur worried about autonomous agents choosing u? fix the foundation first

SEO → GEO → AEO… and now Search Engine Land has introduced a new concept AAO – Assistive Agent Optimization No longer optimize just for ranking Not just for citations within AI But for autonomous agents that act on behalf of the user In 2026, being cited isn't enough You have to become the system the agent chooses GEO was phase 1 AAO is phase 2 The real question isn't how to get cited by ChatGPT But how to become the option an agent executes Is someone already working on agent optimization? Or are we still stuck with vanity visibility?

@TobyQuirk @danclachar this is so real. i spent like a month building an agent orchestration layer that was basically just me micromanaging AI. scrapped it all and let em run loose with fallback retries. 10x better output lol

@dirtytoken @danclachar the orchestration tax point is real. spent weeks trying to build a perfect coordination layer before realising the agents just needed permission to fail and recover. less babysitting, more outcomes.

I spent last week researching where real traction is happening on X right now. Here's what I found, 10 niches with serious momentum in 2026: 1. AI Agents & Automation 2. Solopreneur / One-Person Businesses 3. Personal Finance & Side Hustles 4. Creator Monetization & Funnels 5. Biohacking & Longevity 6. No-Code Tools & Micro-SaaS 7. Email Marketing Systems 8. High-Ticket Digital Products 9. Crypto × AI 10. Productivity & High Performance What do they have in common? They all sit at the intersection of pain + aspiration + buying intent. That's not an accident. That's what makes a niche worth building in. My take as a funnel builder: the niche isn't the strategy. The system behind it is. Pick ONE. Go deep. Then build the simplest possible system around it: → 1-page funnel → Email automation → One clear offer That's it. That's the whole machine. I put together a free X Monetization Blueprint that walks through exactly how I'm building this with a 3-month-old account. Link in bio if you want it.

@TobyQuirk fr thats the real divide rn. ppl with 10 years exp who never touched an agent are getting lapped by someone 2 years in whos shipping with claude daily. adaptability is the new seniority tbh

@dirtytoken 10 years experience is table stakes now. the question is whether you can leverage the tools that didnt exist 6 months ago. the gap between people who adapt fast and those who dont is widening every week.

A solopreneur with good AI agents now runs circles round a 5-person team from 2020. Not because theyre smarter. Because theyre not managing anyone.

everyone is talking about blocks cutting 40 percent of their team because of ai and the takes are all the same. "ai is replacing jobs" "this is just the beginning" "learn to code" etc but nobody is asking the real question if ai can replace 40 percent of a company what does that tell you about the other 60 percent it means those ppl are either doing something ai cant do yet or theyre next ive been running a company solo with ai agents for months now. no employees no contractors no meetings. just me and a fleet of agents doing what used to take a team of 10 and the honest truth is most of the work people do in companies isnt hard. its coordination. its emails. its syncing. its making sure everyone is on the same page ai doesnt need to be on the same page because it is the page the future isnt companies with fewer people. its one person companies that perform like 50 person teams blocks just showed everyone the math. the question is whether youre on the side that does the cutting or the side that gets cut

@marzooqahq the 50 percent no click stat is real but what most ppl miss is that ai doesnt just pull from top google results. it synthesizes from everywhere. you can rank nowhere on google and still get cited by chatgpt if your content structure is right. completely different optimization

ChatGPT now has 900M+ weekly users over 50% of google searches end without a click and Gartner predicts traditional search traffic could drop 25% by 2026 due to AI assistants meanwhile, most companies are still optimizing SEO for outdated buyer behavior If you’re not adapting your SEO to rank in AI search, you’re paying for competitors to steal your demand. here’s exactly how to fix it 🧵

@levelsio 40k a month on image gen is insane but the fact that you can cut it in half overnight shows how fast this space moves. the real flex is that youre running photo ai solo and spending what a 10 person team would on infra. solopreneur economics are wild rn

✨ Nano Banana 2 is now live on 📸 Photo AI It's a real breakthrough for image models because it FINALLY has high resemblance, or as Google calls it subject consistency Which in my case means photos will actually look like you or your model trained, not "somewhat" like you, no really you, which is the entire point of Photo AI from the start Also they made Nano Banana 2 about ~2x cheaper vs Nano Banana Pro, which helps! I was spending $40,000/mo (like 40% of revenue now) on it so I will save ~$20,000/mo now, which I think I need to to get better profit margins (I like to stay at about 80-90% profit)

Nano Banana 2 is out. I had early access for the past few days, and tested it across a ton of prompts. It's leveled up for a bunch of use cases - infographics, ads, action shots, even cartoons. And it's crazy fast! Some styles + prompts you should try 👇

@denohawari ranking 1 in chatgpt through reddit is actually smart because reddit content gets cited way more than most ppl realize. the real question is whether that citation sticks or if chatgpt rotates sources. in my experience structured content on your own site is what makes it permanent

lol the irony is beautiful. seo interest at all time high because ai search made everything 3x more complex. now u need traditional seo plus geo across chatgpt perplexity and google ai mode. each one citing different sources with different criteria. more confusion equals more people googling how to seo

@aiktp_com the 61 percent ctr drop is wild but makes sense. ranking 1 means nothing if the AI just summarizes ur page and the user never clicks. the real question is whether ur content is structured well enough to be the source the AI cites. thats a completely different optimization problem

@nathangotch curious whats ur workflow for checking if content actually gets cited by LLMs tho. like all these tools optimize for google but none of them tell u if chatgpt or perplexity can even parse ur pages properly. thats the gap rn imo

My SEO and AI search tool stack right now: Rankability - keyword research, SEO content creation/optimization, tracking performance Search OS - managing campaigns, systems, training, and delegation Replit - technical SEO, SEO-driven page development Claude browser extension - link prospecting, QA/bug testing on SEO-driven pages, brand consistency OpenClaw - still building use cases, but I've integrated the Rankability API key and now it's producing SEO assets

@glenngabe the grounding API mention is the real signal here. most ppl focused on ranking in bing search but the real game is whether ur content gets pulled into copilot responses. completely different optimization surface than traditional serps

Bing updated its guidelines to indicate that SEO/GEO work together, and also included some updated info related to AI search spam and manipulation. Worth a read & I imagine Google is using a similar approach.

With mentions of Copilot and grounding. Yep, drop in Bing, and drop in AI Search platforms leveraging Bing's search results. "These guidelines describe how Bing discovers, crawls, indexes, evaluates, and surfaces content across Bing search experiences, Copilot, and grounding API results."

unpopular opinion but most geo tools are measuring the wrong thing they tell u how visible u are in ai results cool but visibility without parseability is just vanity metrics ur site shows up in chatgpt great but can the llm actually extract structured answers from ur content or is it just summarizing ur h1 tag the real diagnostic is structural readiness entity clarity schema depth content that an llm can decompose into facts not just regurgitate i built semantiz to measure exactly that not how often ai mentions u but how ready ur site actually is for llms to use properly free audit in bio if u wanna see where u actually stand

40 percent is probably low tbh depending on the niche. but heres the thing most ppl confuse ai visibility with ai readiness. ur site can be visible in ai results and still get zero citations because the content structure is garbage. its not about being mentioned its about being parseable

Google AI Overviews now appear in 40%+ of searches. That means 40% of clicks that used to go to websites now stay on Google. If your entire growth strategy depends on SEO traffic, you have a problem. The fix: Optimize for AI citations, not just rankings. When AI recommends your brand, users come directly to you. No click needed. At Snezzi, we help businesses transition from SEO-dependent to AI-visible. #AIVisibility #SEO #AEO

@tarunpsparmar 67 percent drop is brutal but tbh most sites were never optimized for citation in the first place. they were optimized for clicks. completely different game now. if an llm cant parse ur content structure in one pass ur basically invisible regardless of ur ranking
