@easyJet I recently flew from Faro to B/ham, the seat beside me was 'taken' by someone who wasn't supposed to be there. I objected, however I was verbally abused by the individual, crew refused to move him to his allocated seat. Poor customer experience.

@easyJet 8:55 BFS to LTN the main app instructs us to go to gate 14 and flight is ontime - the departure board says delayed until 9:35!! Which is it? Surely it’s not that difficult to coordinate

@easyJet I see another airline has suggested 3hr arrival this summer in case of delays. Will you do same? But if bag drop opens 2hrs prior, then we wouldn’t be able to join security queues earlier than that, am I right? Would you consider opening bag drop earlier too?

@easyJet 6 drunks in front of us, your staff continued to serve them drinks, we were threatened, abused, had to listen to disgusting things about their sex life, they wrre dancing on seats coming in to land, you did nothing!!! We were travelling with a 3 year old.
