Almost one week passed from 1.0 release. And what a week! This week was actual stress testing not only of our servers but also our mind and nerves for sure😅 But seeing you enjoying the game makes us feel better! As I mentioned, we plan to use this couple of months to prioritize and get more and more fixes and improvements into the game. Also there will be winter in Tarkov, new storyline quests, new event. Sometime after there will be introduction of seasonal character with the whole new seasons system. We plan to have traditional New Year TarkovTV in December - all of the additional info will be there👌

We are also fixing all of the incoming bugs and as I said we will continue to improve and fix the game for the next months. The release was rough for sure, sorry for that. Please note that in some situations, changing the DLSS preset may improve the display and quality of the reticle in optics. We're beginning the compensation process for all players who encountered various issues upon the release of Escape from Tarkov: as a reminder, all players, regardless of faction, will receive the BEAR Classic and USEC Night Patrol in-game PMC sets. We are already actively working on a number of technical updates aimed at fixing the following issues: ● Various issues when downloading Escape from Tarkov and EFT: Arena via BSG Launcher and Steam; ● Various causes of error 228 when interacting with traders; ● Various issues with incorrect lighting when interacting with traders. We are also aware that with the Nvidia Smooth Motion setting enabled, some players may experience difficulties when launching Escape from Tarkov. We recommend disabling this setting for a smooth EFT experience. We understand that this might not be the complete list of the issues that players are facing and the problems that are not included in the list will also be addressed with the upcoming patches.
