@Afroshok Glad to hear that! Thanks for your support :) The ticking sound is designed as focus sound/white noise. While we plan to offer different focus sounds to choose from, we currently have no plans to make them available during breaks. Thanks for your feedback!

Hello @flow__app. This is what I have been looking for. I bought it for a lifetime 😁. One request, I would like the ticking sound to be optional between breaks and work. That way I can have it for the break and not for work because it is distracting when I "flow" in silence.

does anyone know a good alternative to @flow__app which works with @diabrowser? i'm really loving dia, but i just love how flow actually stops me from doom scrolling x or reddit (and also syncs across ios devices). im at the point i might just build this.

@designcoursecom In the calendar. Setup up a reminder for "free time" - ya know like a sprint or something. You can use apps (like @flow__app) that have built-in web blockers in them for certain periods of the day to restrain from even thinking of opening the site/app.

It's been 24 hours since blocking access to X and other social media platforms on desktop. Biggest productivity booster ever. Musk talks about the woke mind virus, but there's an X mind virus, too. I caught myself unconsciously opening chrome, typing "x" and hitting enter in the middle of work. NO. 😅

Not affiliated but this is such a great tool @flow__app You can do deep work sessions and automatically block distracting websites during your sessions (looking at you X 👀) Super simple but works really well

@lmichelbacher The timer sync is currently available on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. Full integration with Flow on Apple Watch is planned. However, with iOS 18 and watchOS 11, the Live Activity already displays the Flow timer on your Apple Watch, even though full sync isn’t available yet.

@flow__app Thanks. Restore Purchase worked. Although flows started on macOS are not shown counting down on my watch (nor vice versa).
