Since when @amazonIN has started doing fraudulent is beyond my understanding. Products ordered and prepaid shows delivered when my mom hasnt recieved it. And it quite a big amount furniture. Followed it up with the customer care team 40days back. Yet to hear from them and now i have a bloke named #Chetan in customer care who refuses to help after putting my mom on hold for 30mnts saying do whatever you want to do. @amazonIN is losing out on the goodwill with customers. Hope they dont force us to take a legal action.

The judge is still serving as a High Court judge in Allahabad.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court imposed a lifetime ban on the academics who wrote a chapter on corruption in the Indian judiciary.

India’s democracy resides in Jansabhas just as much as it lives in the Lok Sabha, Rajyasabha and Vidhan Sabhas.
During Question Hour in Parliament, I raised a supplementary question on Panchayati Raj.
The 73rd and 74th Constitutional Amendments were meant to ‘decentralise power’ The principle was simple. Decisions about a village should be taken by the village, not in Delhi or a state capital.
How can a Babu sitting hundreds of kilometres away decide that a village needs a musical fountain when that village may still be struggling for drinking water and electricity? Those priorities must be decided by the Gram Sabha.
But somewhere along the way, decentralisation appears to have stalled. Institutional resistance, fragmented authority and a lack of enforcement have slowed the transfer of real power to the local level.
So we must ask honestly.
Are Panchayats truly self governing institutions, or have they been reduced to merely implementing agencies for schemes designed elsewhere?
And when a Gram Sabha takes a decision, is there any binding mechanism to ensure it is implemented?

Let me get this straight… OpenAI was founded as a nonprofit. Open source. For everyone. “To benefit humanity.” Then he raised billions of dollars. Then he closed the source code. Then he converted to for-profit. Then he scraped the entire internet without asking anyone. Then he used YOUR writing YOUR art YOUR code to train his models. Now he’s on stage saying you’ll pay HIM to access intelligence. Just like a water meter. He stole all of your data. He built the product with your work. And now he’s going to bill you to use it… Corporate greed has reached an all time high, and they’re not even hiding it anymore…
