@Uber_KSA, On 19/5/26, took a Uber ride in Riyadh to airport.Driver didn't have the change so I paid him the ride fare+tip in his STC bank account.Later found fare still appeared Unpaid. Reported this to support desk on 20/5 with receipt copy. Still showing Unpaid. Plz resolve.

So Indigo escaped scot-free. No real punishment for the massive pain and losses it inflicted on lakhs of Indians. No real penalties. This was expected, because any company that has invested in electoral bonds, or 'chanda do dhando lo' or any similar scheme, now is a part of the State, with no risk of any backlash ever. Citizens have little idea how Indian State has changed completely in 12 years. Citizens are now powerless subjects, to be used and crushed and thrown aside. If you cannot even see this now, a darker fate awaits everyone of us.

@IndiGo6E Got the full refund on 7.12 but request sent to grievance redressal cell for compensation as per DGCA norms not yet responded. 3x Fare paid, the difference Indigo must pay. @MoCA_GoI, @airsewa_MoCA should ensure travelers get compensated for loss.

@DTDCIndia Late?? Its super late. From Noida to Patna (Approx 1K KM distance), ECom Shipment to customer sent on Oct 29,24 not delivered till Nov 10,24. Its worst then snail mail and doesn't fit into fast or timely deliveries in this era. Feel sorry for vendors using @DTDCIndia .

On my 3rd flight in 3 days… day 1, @IndiGo6E delayed by over 4 hours. Day 2, @IndiGo6E delayed by 4 hours. But the only direct flights on some routes are often Indigo. Day 3, international flight, no problem. On the 14th of Jan, there was an air show in Mumbai, because of which the runway was closed in the morning. And then fog/smog in North India - Delhi runway closed. Ripple effect? Flights delayed all over the country, staff overextended. I am surprised only one person got physically assaulted because tempers were running very high (I don’t condone violence). Lesson: Monopoly - whether airlines, airport ownership or leadership - creates lack of accountability. Common citizens suffer, with no recourse. Till we don’t recognise it, we will be at a disadvantage while paying through our noses. And if we don’t wake up, we deserve it 💋haina ? 🤷🏻‍♀️

@RichaChadha @IndiGo6E The airline canceled flight from PAT-DEL with "bad weather at PAT" as a reason. The other airline at the same departure time from the same PAT, however, took off with only 30 mins delay. So bad weather, airport conditions sometimes are applicable only to one airline.

@PChidambaram_IN It happens with many. Even after issuing refund papers, the airlines didn't pay the money back. Plus to it are the GST deducted even when they make a refund of canceled flights. We consider that as a patriot citizen, it's our duty to pay without questions. JAI HIND

I have the boarding pass of a student-passenger who had a ticket to fly from city X to city Y At the boarding gate, he and two other passengers were "off-loaded" because the airline had "overbooked" passengers on the flight! He was not offered refund of the fare or compensation for his loss of travel and the inconvenience I am curious to know if other passengers had faced the same situation I am also curious to know if DGCA has any rules that deal with such a situation
