@Uber abandonner un client en plein milieu d’une course après 10 km de 35 facturé plus de 50 €, dire au client "j'annule la course " car la voiture électrique n'a plus d'énergie mais encaissez néanmoins la course, cela s'appelle du vol. Refuser le remboursement, est honteux

@Uber_KSA, On 19/5/26, took a Uber ride in Riyadh to airport.Driver didn't have the change so I paid him the ride fare+tip in his STC bank account.Later found fare still appeared Unpaid. Reported this to support desk on 20/5 with receipt copy. Still showing Unpaid. Plz resolve.

Really disappointed with @Uber. I've been charged for a taxi ride in Spain that I did not take. I've disputed the charge twice, providing evidence that my Google Maps location history shows I was elsewhere at the time, yet both appeals have been rejected. How is this acceptable?
