For those who don’t have time to read another one of @SamCKx 100 page long post, the short version is that Sam believes the @CedarDAO community want him back in charge after people like @_CedarSteve and a very small handful of former paid mods and former paid team members have been publicly asking for Sam to be put back in charge. No one else in the $CDR community has been asking for Sam to return as leader of the project. Sam took millions of dollars from Evergrow and set up Cedar DAO to fail. With no delivery on products. Atlas wallet isn’t even completed. Cedar has ZERO voting shares with Atlas Wallet, just a bunch of useless non-voting shares. So why on earth would any sane person want Sam Kelly back in control of Cedar? The ONLY reason why Sam has created this narrative that @RealShawnte is the villain and saying she is the reason why Cedar is failing is because Shawnte is actually trying to hold Sam accountable for his actions! And it’s clear as day that Sam wants to get back in control of Cedar so he can silence the critics and get the lawyers off his back.

The latest from @CedarDAO, sounds like there will be 2 reports coming soon. @SamCKx appears to be working to stop the review and tying up of the loose ends, including using threats in an attempt to stop progress. Let's hope the reports are delivered soon, so the DAO is informed.

I would lean towards illegal, we already know Sam, Paul, and the team worked with the BBTF exploiter to dox Skye. They then began posting Skye's personal info and threatening litigation. Yep, that's an open and shut case of embezzlement. The approved paid structure is very specific: five named paid staff at $225/each week, with the rest of support staff being cut. @RealShawnte later just started drawing $1,200/month to run socials without a DAO vote and that is not a small procedural issue. It doesn't matter who else approved it. The DAO dod not. The pay and role were never actually approved. It's clearly defined. Fraudulent appropriation of property entrusted to someone, and an agent or servant who appropriates property that came into their control by virtue of that role is guilty of embezzlement. DAO money was used without DAO approval.

What actions are you speaking of? An independent review and legal opinion is underway as I've said. The return of any amounts and property claims is not just up to you. If a vote ever is to be had on it then be sure to vote and we will all see where the chips fall. Though I've been accused of unilaterally taking actions I have not. We cannot just say, "We've been lied to and mislead and here is a proposal to do XYZ!" We cannot do that. In this world you need facts, evidence, and the law on your side. When I stated that you all just don't like the way that someone has lead the project over the past years and question their ethics, no someone has locked down their page and created some weird one-sided poll and other posts essentially trying to coral their fans to I guess get me out right away. My actions don't reflect the past 4 years when the leader for the past 4 years is on a mission to shut me up and prevent me from sharing the happenings with the holders from both past and present.
