As NFL free agency looms next month, we offer up our top 100 (potentially) available players and what they might get — all 32 teams land at least one, with potential fits for all 100 listed. George Pickens tops our list. @NFLonFOX foxsports.com/stories/nfl/20…

@FreeSpeech74 I think once the season is over and incentives are included he’ll be in your range.
English

@RocketTim27 Six or seven? Really just Britt and Dennis. Anyone else is an injury replacement.
English

@gregauman 6 or 7 have tried to fill in since White left the Buccaneers. So was he really the problem???
English

@RocketTim27 Are you getting tackles for loss or near the line of scrimmage? You can allow completions across the middle for first downs and still bring players down with regularity.
English

@gregauman Isn’t that his job to tackle…thats like saying a PF or C rebounds too much. Im not saying he should come back but since he left its been a revolving door
English

@gregauman you’ve been in the locker room when Devin White was in TB…whats the issue??? This guy puts up numbers yearly but is on league minimum contracts. Am I missing something the Bucs have been looking for a ILB since he left
English

@indytampafan I think so. He was inactive down the stretch so I’d think of him battling for last DL spot. Vea, Kancey, Robinson, Roberts are top four. He, Jayson Jones, Nash Hutmacher and rookies likely in last spot or two.
English

@gregauman Question: is Elijah Simmons part of their plans at DL?
English

@the_det_times @gregauman They’re stupid 12 1/2 sack and they let him go!
English

Bucs EDGE Al-Quadin Muhammad says he “doesn't know why” Detroit let him leave in free agency, via @gregauman

English

@BucsInfo Diaby and Mauch would be in line with other draft picks turned starters they’ve extended after three years. Hard to know who if anyone gets new deals early.
English

@gregauman We could see some extensions starting out pretty early though right?
English

Bucs who will be in contract years in 2026? Baker Mayfield, Vita Vea, Yaya Diaby, Cody Mauch, Chase McLaughlin, Anthony Nelson, plus the new one-year guys: A'Shawn Robinson, Al-Quadin Muhammad, Sean Tucker. (Expecting Calijah Kancey's fifth-year option for 2027 to be exercised).

@gregauman what are some notable bucs in a contract year this season? I know baker and vita are up but I can imagine some players extensions are just as important as free agent signings.
English

@gregauman Do you get the sense that this is sort of a "make it or break it" year for this entire group? Licht, bowles, baker et al? Does seem like, if things go south again, it could be a big changeover from top to bottom. Or does Licht have a long term contract right now? Can't remember
English

@DominicValdes5 It will go quickly keeping those players, but yes.
English

@gregauman And we have about 97 million to work with if I remember correctly
English

@sawhill55 It was $25 million. They can still do the same with Wirfs and Winfield if they need more.
English

@gregauman Speaking on restructuring, I recently saw a post where we restructured Goedeke and McCollum which cleared up 29m in cap for this year. Is there anybody else we have restructured, if so how much cap do we have this year?
English

One more time: Restructuring a contract for cap purposes is in no way a sacrifice for a player. You're getting paid the same and getting it sooner. Evans never took a pay cut. Easily the highest paid player in Bucs history (and deservedly so).
=SWF= Spartan0536@Spartan0536
@wrosson2 @gregauman The amount of restructures and salary cuts he has taken for the team, his community work, his interactions with fans in public, and the effort he puts in on the field make him a class act.
English

@JoshQueipo_NFL @MrAJCato Yes. And in terms of job security making it as a backup, much different with $1m guaranteed than zero.
English

@MrAJCato @gregauman Man, I’d be excited to tell ppl I earned an extra $800k - $1M.
Also there’s a stigma with a league min deal with no guarantees. Makes it seem like someone really wasn’t pursued.
DET wanted him and offered him extra $ and guarantees to get him.
There’s pride in that.
English

@bquinn417 That took me to “She’s the One,” so had to play “Walls” by Tom Petty. 1990s quota for the day met.
English

@gregauman The number of people on this site that care about the Bucs and get mid-90s Ed Burns references must be 2.
English

I will now say “sausages McMuffin” in open defiance of this, wrong as I know it to be in my heart.
Merriam-Webster@MerriamWebster
'Sausage mcmuffins' because sausage is the TYPE of mcmuffin. In 'attorneys general,' 'attorneys' is the noun being modified.
English

@bquinn417 I almost referenced that! I would watch a feature-length Sausages McMuffin movie as long as Ed voiced a McMuffin.
English

@gregauman Also, the Sausages McMuffin is my favourite Ed Burns movie.
English

@bquinn417 Thing is, today’s kids have no appreciation for fake irregular plurals.
English

@gregauman Can’t wait to repeatedly tell my kids not to make a mess of the car with their sausages McMuffin.
English

I find it very hard to believe that the team will allow BMo to go into the season as the unquestioned starter opposite Zyon. They will make him compete. If not 1st, 2nd rd is in play.
Artel Cato@MrAJCato
Don’t be surprised if the Bucs go Corner in Rd. 1. 👀
