@awlessard @jasonmauck1 Burnt one a few years ago. Drug it to a corner out of the way. Insurance wanted $1000 for it to scrap it out. Scrapper wanted $1000 to come pick it up and to take the steel for free. It’s getting cleaned up in the spring somehow, sick of looking at it.

Whoever designs the manuals for @Case_IH needs to be fired. The index doesn’t index anything, it’s a second table of contents. Looking for the fuse box and ZERO about fuses/fusible links. Love paging through 700 pages for what should be a quick search. IDIOTS

After an hour battle with the coax, finally got that out. Now the power cable, woof. After searching the world with Carmen SanDiego, I found it using the camera on my phone. It appears you need a hand the size of a rabbit paw and arm the size and bend-ability of a coat hanger.

Ahhh yes, another engineering feat only thought of by the dumbest bunch of “smart people” on the planet. I figured I’d run into a few. Tucking the 2way power and coax so far into the headliner, it needs to be removed to access it. Love me some cab rattles from day one.

@blonglet Shit gets hairy in a hurry trying to load when it’s even the least bit slick. Before we bought ours and the lowboy, we hauled a rental on a dovetail like that and I puckered pretty good a few times.

Does a semi drop deck like this have a strong enough beaver tail to load an excavator from the back? Thinking this would be a great all purpose trailer for the farm.
