I’m pretty happy about my GLP weight loss, and it is definitely hard. I feel like I’ve still suffered the sensation of a calorie deficit, I just can’t relieve it by eating.
It does make it easier and I’m very grateful for it. I don’t deserve a metal. However, a 350 cal a day deficit through sheer willpower is actually quite difficult and I commend this guy.
