@Instacart My @Chase card monthly credits aren't loading for April. Cards show "already redeemed" when re-enrolling (so they ARE enrolled) but no credits appear. Wife's identical setup works fine. App support can't help. Need escalation to your Chase partnership team.

@UberEats terrible customer service. UberOne is worthless and its time for me to move away from such a greedy company. Believe me, I need the $6.80 much more than you do. @InstacartHelp is much better. @Uber_Support just wasted so much of my time, clearly you do not want to retain customers. @Instacart shopped 269 orders last 3 months. Missed 13 days due to my father’s death. I’ve been diamond for 3 years in a row, I contacted to see if there was anything they could do to maintain Diamond. I was straight ignored, I wish they listened to me. Polite/kind and ignor

My @Instacart driver canceled my order in my parking lot because she decided she didn’t want to carry my items inside. She gets to keep my food and now I don’t get my groceries unless I reorder and wait another four hours.

@instashoppers hi, I got deactivated and from instacart. The message say its due to fraudulent activities with time taken to start order or deliver. This is not the case in my situation as I usually deliver on time. What can I do or is there a contact other than replying the mail
