❌ Do not use @Mailchimp ❌ I've used Mailchimp for many years, but recently I've experienced issues and bad service. I just spent 45 minutes on Live Chat to NOT have my issue resolved. It should not be this complicated or expensive to send an email blast. @sasan_goodarzi

We switched part of our billing infrastructure to Intuit Inc. (QuickBooks Payments). Within the first month: Clients paid. Revenue cleared. Funds… held. Not flagged for fraud. Not disputed. Just paused — pending identity verification that had already been completed months prior. Over the past few weeks: • 5+ hours on calls • Re-uploading documents already on file • No clear resolution path • Funds still held • Currently still on hold while writing this This isn’t a support issue. This is a systems issue inside financial infrastructure. When platforms position themselves as payment rails, reliability isn’t optional… it’s foundational. Cash flow isn’t theory. It’s oxygen. We’ll solve it. We always do. But for founders building at any real scale… understand where your money actually sits, and how quickly you can access it when it matters.

What the hell @QuickBooks @IntuitAccts @Intuit ? Yet ANOTHER USELESS “improvement” of a hard to read mixed-font. Forcing us to export to Excel or buy a reporting add-on. FIRE your developers! Stop wasting our time on dumb $%^O*%T. Please stop A/B testing in a live program! Find other guinea pigs. It is a horrible way to run a SAAS company. Another reason that companies are chomping at the bit for a decent replacement to raise its head. Why don’t you see that you are pushing customers away? The arrogance and lack of listing to customers is off the chart.

@Intuit They also told me to get help from my accountant…for an issue that QB created??? My payroll transactions are auto posted by Intuit and I have 6 that weren't. I would like those 6 transactions treated like all the others so I can reconcile and have a correct P&L.
