Yes, probably because of HSBC Premier and T1 with the new accelerated rewards marketplace. Honestly, I’m not sure why their app behaves like a poorly built one—there’s barely any effective customer support. Every time, the only suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall, but that never actually fixes the issue. At this point, even some PSU banks seem to offer a better app experience.
