I taught a darts cross curricular PE / Maths lesson today with a year 9 class who absolutely loved it! This is our new set up, equipment from @AmazonUK which didn’t break the budget. The wall might now have a few new holes in it but they loved the experience 🎯 @OfficialPDC

Today, I am 1year old. Sept 4th 2023 I started process of reclaiming my body. I started a program with @Coach_MEllis. I was just short of 19st (left picture) 90 days later, that's me on the right, around 15.25 st. Since then, I've maintained that weight. It's hard work.

Raspberry Jam is superior to all other preserves including the overrated strawberry. In particular Scottish whole fruit raspberries with the seeds left in for added texture is next level.
