@MeetSnappyGifts @optimum Hi- yes we’ve done that. Your rep says an email was sent from the Nate on 12/30, but there’s nothing there. The entire process trying to use this snappy card has been extremely frustrating from both the Snappy and Optimum side.

I hate coming here to call out companies, but @optimum is atrocious. Among the myriad of issues, one of their agents sold us on a package promising a $500 gift card to use towards our bill after 3 months, when in reality the uses are very limited and no one wants to help.

@OptimumHelp @efraser77 This is literally a screenshot of my conversation with your account. I tried that first to try and avoid airing it out publicly but Kevin was not able to help and told me to reach out to the gift card company. Again… WE DONT WANT THIS GIFT CARD. We just want what was promised.
