@enterprisecares @Enterprise Micheal - I was at SRQ with Yashika Everhart who held the reservation. She was in tears as no one would help her identify a resolution. We left the airport - no vehicles; no resolution; and no way to transport our football team to the Pop Warner National Championships. #sad

@enterprisecares No, Michael - no customer service help at the SRQ. The @Enterprise Station Managers, Brianna Strete and Matthew Boozan, offered no workable resolution other than to describe why there were no vans available. Taking multiple vehicles was not an option as we do not have drivers.
