The House just voted against banning soda from SNAP. Why should the government fund your soda purchases? If SNAP recipients want to buy sugary drinks, they can do it on their own dime, not on the backs of a taxpayer-funded nutrition program.

While I was in the Middle East this week I asked for transatlantic plane(s) to get Americans to America. They wouldn’t give me even one. There are thousands still stranded, begging for help. We were turning Americans away last night. Pregnant mothers. Babies. Students. Because the plane I was able to secure could only seat 140. We got 155 on it by putting kids on laps. And it would only go to Athens, Greece. Punch to the gut.
