I hate working out. - when I’m tired So instead of skipping my workout, I flipped feelbetterfast into 10 min workout mode. It only took me 8 minutes and I feel amazing and am soo glad I did something instead of nothing. Squats, lunges, planks, I made my body move and got feel good chemicals flowing. You have to keep the train rolling, sometimes that means lightening the load. Tmrw we’re back to 20 🔥
