Portfolios in the field of UX are used as a crutch to evaluate a candidate’s ability to do the work. Hint: aesthetic are only one aspect of UX. That said, they are still often asked for. So I thought I would share a basic quality scale for specifically just UX design portfolios.

Tomorrow is going to be one hell of a horrible day. We are putting our dog, Beans, down. She’s 15 1/2 years old. She has fully torn her ACL. She can no longer see. She can no longer hear. She can no longer smell. She can no longer walk. She has stopped eating. I love her so much.

@vcastillo630 I actually applied, for a role here in The Seattle area and never heard anything back. I have 3.5 hrs of experience. I’ve worked at Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and Zillow as a user researcher.
