Melbourne have done a lot on the field to change the way they play, but I think people are forgetting what they did off the field. From the big things like clearing out players, staff, board… To the little things like changing their social media strategy, the race they walk out of at the ‘G etc All of which forces things to actually change, there’s nothing left of the old Melbourne outside of a few players, valuable players. Mind you, they won a flag 5 years ago, yet we have teams who haven’t even played in big games in a decade still holding on to systems and structures of the past… be like Melbourne. #AFL
