Disgusted, embarrassed and ashamed at behaviour of @British_Airways counter staff tonight whilst helping a friend check in. Chaotic system, floor staff downright offensive and look at that counter height!He was told to “take a seat” then asked if he needed the wheelchair #respect

Congratulations to a plucky England football team, managing a draw against Denmark today. Even if the result was fortuitous to say the least, it’s great to see the magnanimous English press offering encouragement all round. I can see England qualifying from this group! Amazing!
