Moved my retirement accounts to Robinhood last year bc of their asset match (like 3% match on all assets or something like that?) But it’s incredibly annoying that you have to scroll past prediction markets (read: sports betting) to see portfolio positions. The forced sports betting is gross.

Legalizing adult-use marijuana could generate $1.3 BILLION in new revenue over the first five years. This is big business — and right now, we're losing that revenue to our neighbors.

Coming back to Pittsburgh for the Ravens-Steelers game is very special for me. I have great memories of playing and coaching here and I have tears in my eyes thinking about it. I was blessed to be able to have dinner with Marianne Noll tonight. She and my brother in law Loren are neighbors. Her husband Chuck mentored me and taught me so much about football and life. It was a real joy to be able to reminisce with her and tell her how grateful I am for their guidance.

@SahilBloom @thesamparr I did my 1st adventure race (kayaking, biking & running) from Miami to Key West last winter, and couldn't agree more. Currently reading 'Endurance' by @sweatscience to learn more about applying some of the lessons to other performance areas.

I have so much more respect for and understanding of avid distance runners after doing that. People who run marathons/ultra-marathons are incredibly disciplined and mentally strong. Might have to start training for something like that. @thesamparr you in for an ultra in 2024?

Working out creates a virtuous cycle in your life. When you work out every single day, you eat healthier, sleep better, and focus harder. Your entire life will improve if you just make a habit of moving your body for 30 minutes each day.
