I got into YC S26 as a solo founder! The last 15 months looked something like this: > Started an API company from scratch > Realized building infrastructure is insanely hard > Grew slowly for months > Then all at once > Reached 210 paying customers > Landed 10 unicorns + 70 VC-backed startups > Started telling customers "not yet" because I couldn't afford to build everything they wanted > Wait, I actually need funding > Applied to YC > Rejected > Doubled revenue > Applied again Today I'm in. To all my customers who trusted me when I was just some random dude from the internet, thank you.

We've raised $65 billion in Series H funding at a $965 billion post-money valuation, led by @AltimeterCap, Dragoneer, @Greenoaks, and @sequoia. This investment will help us advance our research and expand our capacity to meet growing demand for Claude.

I scaled 30+ apps to $100K MRR with zero ad spend. 1.5 billion views generated. $1-2 CPM on average. I'm finally dropping the full UGC playbook. 44 pages. Every step, every price, every tool + viral formats with case studies Lowkey scared to drop this because it's literally what clients pay us $5K-$20K/month for. Reply "UGC" and I'll DM it to you. Must be following so I can DM.

5 years ago, I started sending cold emails. 20M+ emails later, I know EXACTLY what I should have done from day one. For context... before I ever: • generated $31M in pipeline • recieved an award from SmartLead themselves • booked well over 10,000+ calls with outbound marketing I screwed up a LOT. And it forced me to learn a TON about the cold email space... if I ever wanted a shot at being the best. Now I can confidently say we are one of the best agencies on the entire market. And along the way, I wrote down all 107 of the most IMPORTANT lessons I learned about succeeding in cold outbound all into one doc: The 107 tips are all categorized under things like: 1. PCPL as your scoreboard. Most operators measure the wrong thing for 6 months. 2. Reply rate below 2%? Fix the inbox, not the offer. 3. Test angles, not scripts. Adjective swaps move nothing. 4. Lead with proof relevance, not proof magnitude. HVAC owners don't care about your solar case study. 5. The 4 Ws every email must answer in the first 2 lines. 6. Why cycling a small list beats writing longer sequences. 7. The exact rule for replacing domains before they tank a campaign. After reading this, I GUARANTEE your campaingns will perform significantly better. These are all proven on the millions of emails we've sent in the last 5 years. Want the doc? • Comment "107" • Connect with me if we aren't already PS… free PDF, attached on my side, no opt-in form.
