Media reports claiming HAL may face penalties for LCA Mk1A delays shouldn’t surprise anyone. ✅ The contract always had liquidated damages provisions. ✅ The moment HAL started imposing penalties on GE for delayed F404 engine deliveries, it was obvious that the same principle would apply across the programme.

It is amazing how PAF lost an Erieye AEW&C at 314Km when you will have roughly 3-4 minutes of Radar Spikes in RWR and a strong spike once the 40N6E SAM goes active. An AEW&C in general also have great EW capabilites. So, either PAF's Jamming is poor or S400 has great ECCM or both
