The American Pilot of an F-15E Strike Eagle that was rescued after his plane was downed over Southern Iran earlier today, was recovered by two U.S. military helicopters. During the operation, the helicopter carrying the recovered pilot was hit by small arms fire, wounding crewmembers onboard the helicopter. The helicopter landed safely. All servicemembers are receiving initial medical treatment and will be transported for further medical care, two U.S. officials told CBS News.

F1 Grid Girls F1 has enough issues but this has always been something I thought was a crazy decision. Formula 1 stopped using grid girls from the start of the 2018 season, announcing the change on January 31, 2018. Liberty Media, the sport’s owner, deemed the practice outdated, irrelevant to fans, and at odds with modern societal norms. The move, effective immediately for all 2018 Grands Prix, aimed to align with a more inclusive brand vision. I watched Moto GP last night which made a refreshing change with pure racing. The starting grid had the grid girls which was a breath of fresh air to see. I personally would prefer to see women on the grid as the alternatives in 2026 seem to be on degrading sites which will not be named. What are your thoughts on Grid Girls? Fentanyl Found in Barbie Dolls at Discount Store in Missouri Police say fentanyl was discovered inside Barbie doll packages sold at a discount store in Independence, Missouri. The Independence Police Department was alerted on Saturday by Cargo Largo security after a suspicious powder was found inside one of the doll packages. Tests later confirmed the substance was fentanyl. Authorities worked with the store and determined that five Barbie doll packages containing the drug had been sold, all of which were recovered within hours.
