@askdepop hi Depop! I was logged out of my account overnight. I used to log in with Fb and I see it doesn't work anymore. I requested a new password (forgot mine) and the reset email never came through! I submitted a Zendesk request but I don't think it worked I am @lucylindasm

@EmiratesSupport Had a booking today with Emirates scheduled for 21:45 to Dubai via EK010 - one of the upmost terrible services ever received if not THE most! Kept us waiting around from 21:45 all the way till 3AM providing very few updates and without any refreshments until 2AM

@EmiratesSupport very poor service no info, no staff available for five hours in departure lounge to then be told flight EK010 is cancelled. Letter saying the flight will be rescheduled today hotel saying you’re here at least until tomorrow. Nobody giving any info extremely poor.

@emiratessupport EK010 was meant to fly from the uk at 9:45 pm and it’s now 3 am on the next day with no announcement? where is the professionalism and respect for the passengers? Over 5 hours delay and no announcement of cancelling. People packed up like sardines in Gatwick
